- Perform Requirement Elicitation for functional enhancement projects of life insurance products through focus group sessions, interviews with the stakeholders.- Conduct Impact analysis to understand impact of the business need VS current system behavior using Current System Study technique.- Liaison with impacted stakeholders to perform Requirement Analysis on prioritizing, defining solution approach and finalizing scope of the requirements basis Cost, Time & Risk by conducting Interviews, Meetings with specialized group.- Design Functional Specification with activity/flow diagram for the business requirements.- Provide consultancy, recommendations while creating new business requirement and in Change Control Board meeting highlighting major risk, resource availability, time & cost impact.- Prepare Requirement Management Plan and Traceability Matrix for each release on Resource requirement, Functional Writing & Analysis effort, Time & Cost to be incurred.- Assist QA team in building a comprehensive Testing Strategy & Plan.- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct sessions with stakeholders for approval.- Perform Vendor Management w.r.t. outsourcing project work and resource cost management.
