I am a Senior R&D Engineer at Highway Industry Limited, a leading company in the automotive industry. I create 3D models of components and perform simulation testing for various applications, such as heat flow, heat transfer, fatigue, motion, and harness routing. I use AutoCAD and SolidWorks to make 2D drawings and animated videos to enhance the understanding of component assembly and simulation results. I also design and develop prototype samples, review RFQs, and provide costing of parts.My passion for engineering and innovation stems from my education and previous work experiences. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from RIMT-IET mandi in 2018, where I learned the fundamentals of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. I then joined Highway Industries Limited as a Design Engineer, where I worked on new product development (NPD) and quality improvement projects for OEM companies. I later became the NPD & Quality Head at BHUSHAN STEEL CORPORATION, where I led the team to provide quality and quantity on commitment to our clients. My core competencies include 3D modeling and simulation, NPD, MEP, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, analytical skills, FMEA, and English. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions. My goal is to contribute to the advancement of engineering and design in the automotive industry, and to create value for my company and customers.
