With over Ten years of experience in the finance and banking sector, I am a Area collection manager manager at Capital Float (Axio), a digital lending platform that offers innovative and flexible credit solutions to consumers and small businesses. I am passionate about providing access to finance to underserved segments of the market, and leveraging technology to deliver seamless and convenient loan products. I have a strong expertise in consumer and SME loans, and I lead the East Zone team that handles our own products, Amazon Pay Later and Walnut 369.In my current role, I am responsible for managing the entire loan lifecycle, from origination to servicing to collection, across four states in the East Zone. I oversee a team of 70 members, and I ensure that we meet our targets for growth, quality, and customer satisfaction. I also coordinate with our partners, such as Amazon, Walnut, and other fintech platforms, to enhance our product offerings and reach. I use my skills in finance, banking, team management, and communication to deliver excellent results and create value for our customers and stakeholders.
