* All Outward and Inwards Dishonours on accounts that are received from internal banking units, external banks and from customers (manual requests).* As per customer request we take action on it, the reason can be insufficient funds, fraud, closing status of accounts, etc.* Retrieve funds gone out of their account and make it available to the Customers overnight.* Notify RM about closing status & clear the balance of the Account.* Dishonour cheques loaded with stops.* Notify suspicious stop loaded on cheques and clear them on confirmation.* Managing the team in the absence of Team Lead & Production Lead.* Responsible for allocation of work based on the priority and resource availability.* Resolving doubts, training Team members and discussing updates on process.* Identify business knowledge gaps and ensure similar function in different locations & follow same procedures.* Introduced various measures to maintain & improve Teams Accuracy.* Ensuring that jobs are completed within the agreed SLA.
