Ganesh has 14 years of Advisory experience in the Infrastructure sector (primarily Power and Utilities and Transport sub-sector) working closely with Government and Private clients and Multilateral Agencies. In his career span to date, Ganesh has delivered wide range of services across the lifecycle of a typical infrastructure project, right from Conceptualization to Commissioning. Ganesh brings extensive experience in the Infrastructure sector especially in the sub-sectors of Power and Utility, Renewables, Transport and Mobility, and Sustainable infrastructure. He has delivered multiple engagements covering diverse services ranging from Conceptualization and Strategizing a Project, developing business case and assessing project feasibility, project implementation and commissioning. Ganesh has sound knowledge of assessing any infrastructure project’s financial and economic feasibility, structuring Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, developing bidding documents, carrying out bidding process, ensuring contract negotiations and execution. Ganesh has acquired certifications in the field of ESG and Digital Analytics and is pursuing and delivering engagements of similar nature with an intent to scale-up in terms of knowledge and engagement delivery capabilities.
