This is adopted Indeed wide (5k+ WAU) and has won exceptional executive feedback- Increased Privacy (DSAR - Data Subject Access Rights) compliance for Indeed data by 50% for regulations such as GDPR, CPRA, LGPD. Partnered with Security, Legal, Privacy and drove initiatives such as data classification, PII indexing and PII management- Advanced the Data Science journey at Indeed through the introduction of ML OPs tools such as AWS Sagemaker and MLFlow - Launched a new Data Catalog and Data Classification system- Led Indeed wide effort to migrate PBs of data and dozens of software systems from on-prem to AWS. Launched Amazon AppFlow, a new managed AWS integration service that enables customers to securely & scalably transfer data between Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications such as Salesforce, Marketo, Zendesk, Slack, and ServiceNow, and AWS services such as Amazon S3 and Amazon Redshift, in just a few clicks. Setup the development team from scratch and scaled it to a high performing team of 20+ members comprising of SDEs, Sr SDEs, and SDMs.Led both product management and engineering and owned the strategy, roadmap, architecture and customer experience for this service.- Setup the development team from scratch and scaled it to a high performing team of 20+ members. Service went GA in 10 months with integrations with 14 different SaaS applications- Led design of the service including pioneering a novel approach that allows data to be transferred between SaaS services and AWS over a private network by using AWS PrivateLink at just the click of a button- Setup the service to scale to hundreds of connectors through a Connector Builder SDK which opens up the connector ecosystem to partners and customers Launched AWS Audit Manager, a new service to simplify risk and compliance assessment for cloud workloads.

- Led a 45 member software development team for systems that process 60MM invoices and 4B inventory receipts worth USD 150 billion annually for Amazon Retail vendors. - Launched a new electronic ingestion capability for Corporate invoices using EDI and Web channels. - Moved Retail invoice processing from a daily batch based process to a 10X more scalable near real time event based process- Led a successful large scale migration of 20TB of financial data from Oracle to AWS Aurora

- Led several innovative initiatives that increased automation of Seller Support contacts from 21% to 29%, leading to ~5MM contacts being resolved in 2016 without any human intervention. Some of the key techniques were use of Machine Learning for predicting seller issues and offering proactive help, and intercepting contacts both pre and post creation to invoke automated workflows- Built a service as an authoritative source of real time seller interaction data that was used by multiple other teams in Amazon. The service was scaled to handle a peak load of 2000 tps with <50ms latency- Evolved RacerX, an in house rules and workflow engine to a multi-tenanted platform that led to adoption and simplification of business processing across 6 different teams in Amazon
