Additionally:• Founder and leader of the Condé Nast Social Media Task Force Team, a multi-divisional team comprised of senior executives focused on enhancing the organizations Social Media business.• Founder and leader of Condé Nast's "Hackathon/Innovation Scrums". Initiated the practice of multi-divisional hackathons focused on solving the organization's biggest digital challenges by bringing together it's smartest minds over a series of 3 days hackathons focused on digital innovation.• Executive Member of the Condé Nast Advertising Development Group, a multi-divisional team comprised of senior executives focused on enhancing the organizations advertising products.

A Condé Nast Media Group (CNMG) position focused on the re-imagination, re-platforming, and re-launch of iconic programs such as Vanity Fair’s International Best Dressed across multiple digital distribution touch points. Also created a framework for thought leadership, training and development of social media and direct marketing skills across CNMG.

In addition to my role at Condé Nast I also led the iab's Social Media Committee team charged with writing the Social Media Buyers Guide 2.0.
