Working as Team Leader in Bioanalytical Department at Veeda Clinical Research.I have more than 15 years of total work experience in the field of bioanalytical research.Having Good knowledge of Method Development for various Pharmaceutical Investigational products using LC-MS/MS (i.e. AB Sciex: API2000, API3000, API4000 and Shimadzu SH-8040). Validation of Developed Method and sample analysis using validated method with current regulatory requirements.Hands on Expertise in extraction techniques (i.e. Solid Phase Extraction, Liquid- Liquid Extraction, protein precipitation etc.) for drugs from biological fluids. Responsible for the preparation and review of method SOPs, study plans; for the coordination with team, internal department to prioritize the workload to meet stringent timelines; for the training of team members; for the review of raw data, ensuring quality of data and its integrity with the SOPs, study protocols and regulatory requirements; for the compliance of findings from quality control, quality assurance,sponsor; to take corrective actions and/or preventive actions for any unforeseen events; for the performance verification, Calibration, trouble shoot of various equipment(i.e. Micro pipettes, pH Meter, Analytical balance, Centrifuge, Milli Q system, HPLC, UHPLC,LC-MS/MS etc.).#Strength/Special Skills/Achievement:1.
