Working at Mindworks at the Roman Family Center for Decision ResearchMindworks is a one-of-a-kind experience where people can learn more about how their own minds work and, at the same time, contribute to groundbreaking science as participants. It’s a unique hands-on behavioral science lab where you can both study and be studied simultaneously. The center expands research beyond the ivory tower and into our everyday lives.

• Managing immigration and refugee applications, including scheduling, document processing, and data entry in Salesforce • Conducting regular audits and reorganization of physical folders, ensuring consistent client communication.

•Establishing and nurturing a robust network of key clients, encompassing esteemed academic reviewers and prominent publishing houses, by delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.•Handling bold end-to-end management and delivery for our clients through lead generation, setting up external communications and finalizing release details. •Collaborated with Dr. Yasira Waqar from LUMS School of Education with her paper on ‘Becoming an Effective Classroom Manager: Preservice Teachers’ Perceptions of their Classroom Management Education and Self-Efficacy Beliefs’ (2022)•Contributed to the development of well-informed literature reviews, conducting thorough content analysis, and providing meticulous proofreading services to ensure the highest quality of scholarly output.

Courses: Arabic Literature (Fall 2020), British Romantic Poetry (Spring 2021), Creative Nonfiction (Fall 2021) In charge of classes of 50+ students each semester, both online and in person, fostering intellectual growth by directing group discussions, conducting writing workshops, evaluating assessments, and moderating sessions.
