Reduction furnace: Reduction Furnace is use for reduction(Hydrogen reaction) of Iron Oxide Process Air Compressor:-Two stage Centrifugal Compressors (motor driven) with mist eliminators. Scrubbers: Top gas scrubber and cooling gas scrubber. Instrument air /Plant Air Compressor: Instrument air / plant air compressor is screw compressor motor driven. Seal Gas system : Seal gas system consists of lobe type compressor motor driven. Cooling gas system : Lobe type compressor used to cool the product

Two year as Trainee Chemical Plant Operator from Lotte Pakistan PTA (Formerly ICI Pakistan PTA Plant. Recovery system: Recovery sections consist of cricket Amma filter constructed from 316L S.S to recover PTA from suspended liquid to solid and filter is based on PLC operated automatically and manually. Evaporator: Residue evaporator is a wiped film type evaporator. Stripper column: Stripper column has five titanium sieve trays. De-hydration column (fractionating Column): Consist of 80 meters height fractionating column 6 beds packing with Re-boiler which work on the basis of Thermo-Siphon principal and overhead Fin-Fans condensers. Methyle acetate column: Consist of structure and random packing bed column where Methyl Acetate and Paraxylene is recovered from Oxi-Reactor off-gases through evaporation process. Filtration unit: Consist of two rotary vacuum filters to separate the CTA crystal from solvent.
