 Initiate and Analyze traffic measurements for the radio network. Undertake network performance improvements, and the procedures involved, capacity engineering and optimization methodologies, and should be adapt to working in a process oriented environment. Analyze the field measurement results without any supervision and to use them as valuable input for analysis.Meeting SLA's for the customer Complaints. Analyse KPI values for improvement of network. Knowledge on Citrix, Winfiol,Netact, Tang tool.

• Optimize the log files to analyze Network performance evaluation• Contribute in creation and improvements to procedures routines within departments/group.• Analyzing Interference, Call Drops , Handover failures.• Optimization from statistic performance and drive test to meet KPI of our client. • Preparing of report and analyze the result.• Worked on 2g,3g,4g technologies of various vendor • Hand on equipments of Nokia,Huwaei,Ericsson
