Roles & Responsibilities  Designs, administrates and support systems, networks, servers and application infrastructure. Provide technical support to the Internet Café, Management and Clients networks Responsible for Installing and Updating of anti-virsus and provide daily reports on status of all Hardware & Software equipments, inventory sheets and assigned duties. Installing and Managing Business applications ShawMan version 10, MMS, Lounge applications. Managing more than 200 POS machines and Desktop’s client systems in Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1 Platforms.  Responsible for managing and maintenance of networks in all outlets and lounges & Designate and train a back- up person and develop procedures to perform IT Duties, Manages Windows Network (User’s System’s, Printer’s, etc.). Able to take on and do the duties when IT manager in absence.Able to deputise in manager’s absence.  Responsible for managing IT network environment in branch office and head corporate and decision making responsibility.Responsible for Taking Backup Daily, Weekly & Monthly Tally, SQL, & User’s Profiles and Outlook Mails. (through Cobian, Safe PST & batch file exe).  Functions as a ‘Help Desk’ representative to answer various levels of information technology questions from user’s demonstrated by monitoring and maintaining request / resolution InfoConfiguration of Router and Access points for wireless network for customers and conduct on-site surveys. Always drivng for continuous improvement of performance & Ability to handle emergency situatios as they arise. Communicating information to staff and supervisors in professional manner.
