CurrentI have handled MNC Accounts in the outsourcing Businesses of the company for closing their IT positions .Have experience in closing 100 plus positions year on year .Handled recruitment team from the perspective of Handling over 400+ Requirements in IT services consulting domain .Have established and mined customer accounts and I have handled all HR issues of prospective software engineers from various Organizations from where Hiring is effected .Ability to build revenue pipeline within short time strategizing and establishing high end clientele . areas of Interests include establishing new Business lines with corporates in Niche areas like embedded software. create trust with customers to work exclusively with my organization and improve client relationships. Interested to Headhunt and install CEO profiles into upcoming organizations and create global awareness of company's services .Also trying to implement workable business Models in other countries in the IT Services space.Have moved into top 3 Vendors in all client Accounts within the first 2 Years .Have managed to address all senior Personnel above DGM or GM in various Organizations through concerted client Programs and organizing drives through responsive approach .Have organized several in house drives for Client Organizations in the Last year.
