As a Chief Project Engineer, have over 25 years of experience in the architectural and construction industry, working on projects across commercial, retail, and residential sectors. I have successfully and actively partnered in executing more than 25 million sq ft of projects, ensuring design fidelity, quality, and timely delivery.My core competencies include,• Supporting & guiding architects/designers during developing masterplan/concept on provided site survey plans, with code analysis and in interpreting local statutory bye-laws (BDA, BBMP & Fire Dept).• Collaborate with the design team in preparing area diagrams and area statements for statutory approvals/clearances (Sanction/NOC/CC/OC).• Collaborate with the team in reviewing of Design Concept/Schematic Design-SD/Detailed Design-DD for designed vision compliance and inter-disciplinary coordination with consultants’ inputs. • Checking the information in Good For Construction (GFC) drawings, markup/Red Line Check (RLC) to mitigate any missing information and suggest further improvements in the design details/elements.• Attention to detailing by review of the CD/SD/DD/GFC drawings for orientation, technical accuracy, and information content.• Coordinate with clients, the Design team (including MEPF/Structure/Landscape/Façade) & PMC/Site/Execution team with necessary technical assistance to achieve Project design that reflects the envisaged vision, through regular site visits & addressing Request for Information (RFIs).• Work with the design team in solving the problems by taking into account the statutory, design & site constraints. Guiding the team with the best possible solutions to design and execute by mitigating risks & constraints. • Conducting regular site visits/inspections and generating site visit reports to ensure design adherence in the execution, raising quality issues with remedial measures where applicable, coordinating with the design team & Clients to provide resolutions for the issues arising due to various Site Constraints & addressing raised RFIs.My strength lies in transforming design ideas into reality and delivering solutions that meet the expectations and needs of the clients and stakeholders.
