NEBOSH certified, indepth experience in incident and accident investigation ,American Institute certified.From 2018 joined Runaya Refining LLP, a Vedanta Aluminium related organization with Green technology zero waste abd zero discharge as Head,projects and operations till todate. Now elevated to COO position.Set up Dross processing technology in tie up with TAHA.plant located in Vedanta Aluminium,Jharsuguda,Odisha. Dross process to recover Aluminium and make value added product and used in secodary steel making in steel plants.Rhe plant has highest dross process quantity in India.Build up team with @50% diversity.Now in process to set up similar units in different Aluminium smelters.
