• Lead a team of 10-12 volunteers to assist with smooth operations of the Op-shop• Updating various administrative work papers such as Daily Roster summary, Income summary• Managing the visual merchandising to better display the items and facilitating with the Inventory turnover (Sales)• Managing cash registers for inflow (revenue) and outflow (expenses) on a daily basis• Reconciling bank statements and other accounts and assisting with financial statements preparation• Updating the financial transactions on MYOB on monthly basis
