• Carried out comprehensive literature review of journals and books in English and French to delve into the researcher’s requirements before kicking out the experimental studies.• Carried out model experimental works of hydraulic structures including measurement of discharge in open channel and flues using calibrated weirs, hand-held flow meters, model study of spillways, river training and flood protections works, sedimentation in dams and lakes.• Carried out a hydraulic model study on “Experimental Study of Outlet Discharge Regulator of Retention Works” and submitted the dissertation report to the University, working under the leadership of Professor Anton Schleiss, Director of LCH and Professor Jean Louis Boillat.
