In terms of project management methodologies, I utilize one of the method Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. The choice of methodology depends on the nature of the project, the duration, the team, and the client. The project team is a cross-functional group of individuals working together towards a common goal. This normally includes executives, a project manager, team leaders from different departments, subject matter expertise and team members. The way this project team operates depends on how they are organized, which can take the form of different project organizational structures. Usually it is a matrix-based organizational team structure and a hybrid between project and functional project team structures.In my role, I am responsible for managing the implementation and integration of the Flight Data analytics portfolio, which is a key area of focus for the company.
