Current• Booking Concerts, event arrangements & Hotel Transport Handling • Active member of Hotel’s Sustainability Team • Monitors the general condition, cleanliness and maintenance of the luggage trolleys, public areas of the hotel and takes appropriate action where necessary. • Co-ordinates guest transportation requirements with contracted limousine provider and takes corrective action in the event of anticipated problems. • Prepares Duty Rosters ensuring most efficient use of manpower resources. • Providing Tourist information to guest about Dubai & UAE • Escorted new guests to assigned rooms. • Supervising, Training, and developing a Team of Associates, including bell captain, Bell boys. • Co-ordinates the ordering, receiving and delivery of all newspapers and magazines. • Maintained and stocked work area on a regular basis. • Handles all incoming and outgoing mail, documenting as required. • Received and fulfilled special guest arrangement requests. • Supervises luggage, message and guest delivery and pick-ups. • Handling Stores & control of stationeries.
