 Handling the 4K order and more then 10K qty every day with best customer matrix all over the tire-2 Cities by supervising, organizing, directing, and training the HUB team. Ensuring all the orders must be delivered within a defined time e.i – 5AM to 7AM early Morning. Managing more than 150 employee including delivery staff, HI and DSM  Maintaining the good relationship with all the stack holder like – sales team, Distribution Team, and vendors (Van, Map Power suppliers) Ensure to maintain the minimum cost per orders (CPO) and minimum write-off, loses and damages - below 0.5% of total sale.  Conduct team meetings, motivate team and control attrition, Fill gaps in employee head count within turnaround time. Attending and arranging the weekly meeting with Ops Teams, review meeting with HO teams, Meeting with Milk supplier, Van supplier and Manpower supplier vendors. Grievance Handling and Conducting Open House/meetings with Hub teams and identify gaps and take necessary action if required. Preparing the MIS of day to day working review sheet and transporter payout data.
