Regional Facilities Manager - India Region
Current• Providing leadership to real estate & facilities management team for 7 offices of Hitachi Vantara India Pvt. Ltd across India. • Team includes cleaning services, M&E operations, transport services, cafeteria services and events management. • Responsible for Financial planning includes budget (CAPEX & OPEX), expense tracking and cost saving initiatives for all locations • Space management includes planning, forecasting, site acquisition vendor selection and project management • Vendor management includes RFQ, vendor comaprison, contract formulation, defining SLA and vendor performance management. • Preparations of policy documents includes, Facilities handbook, SOPs, Business Continuity Plan, Emergency Response Plan • Develop and implement long term preventive & corrective maintenance plan including annual maintenance contract for all critical equipment. • Supervise personal management plan for all facility staffs includes recruitment & selection process, and performance evaluation process. • Overseeing SEZ formalities, legal compliance, and audits • Initiated and implemented monthly pulse meeting with associates and leadership team, resulting in improved relationship and zero escalations. • Collaborated with various stake holders including IT & HR to improve existing support services and infrastructure resulted in unhindered onboarding with zero delays. Also obtained zero casualties during pandemic by coordinating between law-enforcement agencies & hospitals. • Initiated several cost saving operational excellence ideas including reduction in manpower, Scheduling air-conditioning units, introducing timer in lighting systems operations and installation of occupancy sensors
