• Opening the Dispatched Account Opening Forms and Amendments received from Branches
• Resolving the queries of branches of amendments and account opening forms on T24 system
• All mails of Account opening form documents are attached on Rosetta software to ASU.
• Generating, Printing, Sorting, scanning and dispatching the Thank you Letters, Closures & Change of Address to customers
• Effectively and efficiently manage Service center operations in assigned region. Also ensure adherence of Service Standards.

• Responsible for operations and technology for providing core banking services to the whole sale and consumer groups front-end staff of Bank. Controlling corporate financial planning;
