 Manage the day to day training operations for the Consulting Work Force employees. Coordinate with Learning & Training Development team to gather the training requests and have the trainings scheduled as per required logistical arrangements. Manage the communications for the scheduled trainings. Ensure Cancellation policies being followed. Maintain the Inventory stock for north zone, for upcoming sessions. Provide feedback to program participants and management. Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment. Maintain employee training records. Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report. Preparing Day End Report. Represent data for Higher Management. Managing all MIS activity of the process. Ensure timely resolution of queries from different departments. Coordinate with process managers for data collation and reporting. Build and maintain defined reports. Ability to work independently with minimum directions.
