● Financial Planning and Analysis- Develop and manage financial plans, budgets in coordination with department heads and senior management. Analysis Financial proformance, identify key drivers and provide insight to support strategic decision making.● Financial Reporting – Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.● Cost Accounting and cost control – Establish and maintained cost accounting to track and analyze production cost including raw material, labour and overheads.● Inventory Management – Develop inventory management policies and procedures to ensure accurate valuation and proper control of inventory level. Responsible for overall management of the accounting department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, audit (income and cost), MIS, reporting, budgeting and forecasting process, regulatory compliances, the review and compilation of all taxes, Statutory requirements, SOX compliances and strongly application of FCPA ● Financial Planning and Analysis – Development and oversee the implementation of financial strategies and plan to achieve hotel’s financial goal. Conduct Financial analysis to assess performance, identify trend, and make recommendation for improvement.● Budgeting and Forecasting - Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable financial plans. Monitor budget performance and provide guidance on variances and corrective actions.● Financial Reporting - Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in accordance with accounting standards and hotel policies. Present Financial result and analysis to senior management and stakeholders. ● Internal Controls and compliances - Establish and maintained robust internal control procedure to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate internal and external audits, addressing any findings and implementing corrective actions. ● Manage cash flow effectively, optimizing Working Capital and liquidity. ● Risk Management - Identify financial risk and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the Hotel’s financial interest. Stay updated on industry trend and best practice related to financial risk management. ● Team Leadership – Provide leadership and dir. to the finance team● Strategic Planning – Contribute to the development of hotel’s strategic plan, aligning financial objectives with overall objectives. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.● Budgeting and Forecasting – Assist in developing annual budgets and forecasts in coordination with department heads. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis. Identify area for cost saving and efficiency improvement.● Revenue Management – Work closely with revenue management team to analyze revenue trend and maximize revenue opportunities.● Accounts Payable and Receivable – Oversee AP and AR processes. Ensure time and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Monitor aging of receivable and payable and take necessary action.● Internal Control – Implement and monitor Internal control procedure to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. ● Financial Analysis – Conduct financial analysis to find out variance between target and actual figures● Compliance and Regulations – Stay updated on accounting and financial regulations and ensure compliance.
