 Looking after preparation of MIS reports and reconciliation statements as well as undertaking analysis to key indicators to assist top management.  Liaising with statutory authorities. Aiding the statutory auditors by providing all relevant financial documents. Supervising the internal audit to validate the accuracy and examining mismanagement, waste, errors or fraud.  Dealing with taxation authorities for timely filing of income tax and sales tax assessments, exemption related benefits and registrations.  Preparing short term / long term budgets and designing business plans / strategies for maximising profitability & revenue generation & realise corporate goals. Formulating budgets and conducting ratio / ageing / variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions. Examining & evaluating financial systems, management procedures, and internal controls to ensure that records are accurate and controls are adequate to safeguard against fraud / misrepresentations. Undertaking process costing and instituting cost control measures entailing study of costing of components manufactured in-house, job-work and ancillary. Managing the implementation & functioning of SAP entailing:-o Mapping Business Requirements Control undertaking Quick Gap Analysis.o Conducting Gap Analysis, Assess Scope of studies and suggest solutions.o Coordinating with the development team for development / customisation of software.o Integrating with other modules, integration & user acceptance testing & extending post go-live support, including training support to end-users.
