Current• Developing trajectory in Kawasaki robot as per line condition and validation of DFT, appearance and colour values for new colour launch.• Conduct trails and implement the correlation between customer line and technology function.Secure launch of new projects in customer line.• Validation of colour and appearance correlation for all customers.• Trouble shooting and solving customer line application defects and in Equipments.• Maintain and up gradation of spray technology application.• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.• Preventive Maintenance of spray booth, Kawasaki robots ,Atomisers-ABB,SAMES,DURR, ASU, Ovens, Dryer, chillier, Compressor• Maintaining and procuring spares and tools for spray out application.• Provide training to customer site persons for smooth operation/Production• Develop Project plan, scope, schedule budget and resource requirements• Budget preparation & ensuring adherence to financial constraints and delivering project within cost expectations• Optimising resource allocation to maximize efficiency and meet project goals• Project specification sheet preparation and define detail supplier scope.• Identifying potential risk and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.• Managing the project from procurement to commissioning.• Responsible to continuously check and track that supplier is building as per agreed spec & all delivered equipment is according to company standards.• Responsible to review engineering drawings and take management approvals.• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables.• Identification of new vendors for the projects.
