In addition to that have responsibilities, including training new Recruiters, mentoring Recruiters, deploying the proper recruiting resources to ensure coverage of requirements, and providing various reports and assuring the recruiting staff adheres to system requirements, productivity metrics, etc.• Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-board at the client place.• Effectively recruited candidates through internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking and other strategies.• Posting jobs in various networks.• Pre-qualifying the candidates for anticipated job requirements according to recruiting. standards/processes including checking candidate references, walk-throughs, technical assessments & ensures candidates complete an application.• Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them.

• Responsible for full cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening and hiring top technology talent for positions ranging in scope from help desk to Architect Level and Senior Project Managers.• Cold calling and networking to develop a qualified pool of candidates.• Strong Negotiation skills. Recorded applicant information accurately into company database to maintain accurate information relating to each individual and status of their submittals.• Responsible for posting new positions to internal web-based database as well as other online database services (i.e. Monster, Dice Google groups).• Ensuring the candidates join at the client place on the committed date.• Manage the entire recruitment process. Form strategic partnerships with senior management to determine Staffing needs. • Interview, assess and evaluate applicants to determine their qualifications and appropriate match with client needs.• Pre-screen prospective candidates negotiate and finalize the rates with employers and individual consultants• Experience with, Implementation partners, preferred vendors requirements.• Screening H1, Citizen, GC, EAD Candidates to get them on board.• Sending the online Assessment test and scheduling technical screening to screen the consultant thoroughly.• Works with the BDM as an end-to-end resource on assigned client relationships to identify strategic, and transactional IT staffing needs.
