Develop and manage the overall Eaton India labor and employee relations strategy. Provide guidance and oversight for local union negotiations. Driving a paradigm shift from transaction ER to transformational ER.

Responsible for directing all the HR activities for Multi-locations - Accountability includes streamlining HR processes, tools, information and technology. More focus on Human Resource Development with foresight and vision on the optimum utilization of shop floor workforce and managers in a manufacturing setup dominated by automation and multiple machine operation. Led the design and implementation of employee and Manager self-service tools to bring in automation as a long-term solution.
