As a Learning & Development professional with over 16 years of experience, I have delivered challenging assignments on establishing a L&D function from the ground up. My core expertise lies in developing & implementing L&D strategy, driving end-to-end L&D processes and building an integrated learning, talent & leadership development ecosystem based on the 70-20-10 development principles that enables a continuous learning & high performance culture.
