My core expertise lies in developing & implementing L&D strategy, driving end-to-end L&D processes and building an integrated learning, talent & leadership development ecosystem based on the 70-20-10 development principles that enables a continuous learning & high performance culture. I have set up the learning & skills-certification processes, governance processes, established the digital and social learning architecture at a Global Functional Capability Building Academy through which we drove large-scale upskilling & reskilling programs for global audience. In my previous role, I managed the learning & development practices for a world-class corporate academy at ABG, through which we built group-wide capability & culture building in the evolving space of Customer Experience & Customer Journeys, Consumer Insights, Digital Marketing, Innovation & Design Thinking for the diverse B2C, B2B and new-age businesses of the group globally. I hold certifications in Design Thinking from Stanford GSB, Psychometric Assessments (MBTI & OPQ), Enterprise Gamification, and Train-the-Trainer from Dale Carnegie and have been using the insights to develop impactful learning & leadership development solutions. I am a big fan of experiential, social & community learning practices (both in the physical & digital learning world) and use these along with formal methodologies to build a continuous & sustainable learning & collaboration culture.
