Implementation Specialist:- I am working in Invoice processing team under the velocity Utility Management as an implementation Specialist. Velocity Utility Management simplifies and automates the resident utility billing process. We are processing the invoices for vacant and common accounts for Apartments and individual sites. I played different roles in invoice processing team. I have to create setup to processing the invoices in VES tool for new sites.Job Responsibilities:- • Create new setup for invoice process in VES tool. • Manage implementation assignments so they are achieved on time and accurately by motivating team members.• Have good knowledge on the core process for Invoice processing.Billing Resolution Specialist:- Job Responsibilites:- • Retrieving missing invoices from the vendor’s websites and sending mails or faxes to the vendors concerning missing invoices and address changes. • Resolving QC alerts and good core knowledge on resolution specialist field. I am working in resolving different types of alerts in resolution team along with Invoice processing.
