 Currently working as Team lead in LVMCC Application Engineering Project of Rockwell Automation. Input study which involves review of customer requirements, specifications, drawings and design standards. Estimate engineering labor needed in finding relevant examples / reference documents applicable standards, creating drawings and BOM and scheduling milestones. Heat calculation, transformer VA calculation and selection of appropriate electrical and mechanical components based on the specification document and UL / NEMA / CE / CSA guidelines as applicable. Preparation of electrical, structural drawings and bill of materials. Design review and change managements. Interacting with Sales, MCC specialists, distributors, OEM, Consultants for clarification if require.  Co-ordination with shop floor during manufacturing of LVMCC for any design issues. Proposal making with respect to RFQ considering specification, Cost estimation / reverse engineering / cost reduction through re-engineering. Technical support to Marketing, QC, Servicing personals. Retrofitting of various ESP TR set control panel for change in controller. Done Standardization of control panel of HVR (High Voltage rectifier) for ratings from 30A to 450A (15 groups) @ 10 to 15% saving in engineering & material cost depending on rating.  Visiting customer / consultants for approving the drawings / technical discussions etc. Experience in Status Reporting. Worked in high pressure conditions. Leadership skills with good problem solving and decision making capabilities.  Good written and oral communication skills.
