Job Description ============= • My Duty involves monitoring a network comprising of more than 1500 network sites using tools like Hummingbird, IBM Tivoli Netview, Visual Pulse 3.0c, Orion/ Solar winds Network Performance Monitor, Tivoli TEC Event Viewer etc. and providing L1 network support.• Troubleshooting for device involved CISCO ASA, Routers and Switches.• Maintaining process quality levels as per the SLA's.
