Job Description==============• Cisco TAC engineer for Switching Technology .• Troubleshooting enterprise network consisting of Catalyst 3750 Stack switches, high end Cisco 4500, 6500 and 7600 switches.• Configuration and Troubleshooting of issues like Spanning tree, Output drops, High CPU issues, IOS upgrade, ROMMON recovery, Module related issues like errors on line cards, etherchannel, HSRP.• Configuration and basic troubleshooting on Routing Protocols like RIP, EIGRP, OSPF .• Provided configuration and troubleshooting assistance on NAT, ACL, DHCP, HSRP etc.

Job Description ============= • My Duty involves monitoring a network comprising of more than 1500 network sites using tools like Hummingbird, IBM Tivoli Netview, Visual Pulse 3.0c, Orion/ Solar winds Network Performance Monitor, Tivoli TEC Event Viewer etc. and providing L1 network support.• Troubleshooting for device involved CISCO ASA, Routers and Switches.• Maintaining process quality levels as per the SLA's. Team performance monitoring and management. • Training and mentoring members of the team for technical and process based requirements. • Making team reports - Individual Performance Report – Daily & Monthly, Performance tracking and Analysis and other reports. Also Maintaining Team attendance and Roster Adherence. • Interacting with client on a regular basis for daily critical issues and updates which includes conducting daily conference calls for discussing previous day’s issues. • Also have worked in the Service Desk for 1 year and have good understating of the Service Desk operation.• Responsibility in Service Desk include creating and managing of user accounts on the Active Directory, Installation and configuration of Cisco System VPN Client on the client PC, troubleshooting and configuration of Lotus notes, password reset on SAP, Mainframe, Lotus Notes, AS400 etc. and other general hardware and software issue.
