• Responsible for >25 different projects supporting Darlington Nuclear Plant, responsible for managing an annual budget of $100M.• Interfacing with EPC Vendors and their leadership team to discuss quality and project performance.• Provided oversight of ES MSA contractors for all Engineer, Procure and Construct (EPC) projects at site.• Supported all station key meetings including Senior Work Management (SMB), Project Approval Committee meeting (PAC), SMSB/POD, AISC meeting on behalf of the Director of Projects/Director of station Engineering.• In Pickering, I was responsible for managing two Minor Modification groups and were able to execute > 120 Mods each year supporting both IOP/Online and four outages each year.• Provided oversight to Vendors and station support staff to execute field work.Darlington New Build Project:Part of this new build, I have involved in site selection, understanding and applying for required Permits like local government, Municipality, Regulatotory- CNSC and Environmental qualification.

• Responsible for managing Pickering A Minor Modification group- a new concept introduced by Pickering A Senior VP. The purpose of this new concept was to manage a high number of Minor Modifications that are required to support System health improvements, regulatory commitments and or JHSC concerns.• The success of Pickering A Minor Mod s was reviewed by Pickering B and Darlington site and both the sites implemented the same concept. Based on the success of Pickering A, I took on an additional role in helping and mentoring Pickering B and Darlington site to establish their MMOD group.• Worked closely with outside regulators (TSSA, Hydro One, ESA, MOL, MOE) to ensure work methods and practices conformed to regulations.

As a Senior Project Manager/Maintenance Manager, I oversaw two Ammonia Plants one of which was in construction and second plant was under revamp for increasing capacity from 1000Tons/day to 1200/Tons per day.• Started my career as Planning engineer at level 5 and grew to Maintenance Superintendent level 12.
