The name of the Program is Wadhwani Initiative for Sustainable health (WISH) commonly known as WISH FoundationAchievements:•Set the first Public Private Partnership (PPP) model in primary health in the State of Rajasthan jointly with Health Dept. •Successfully took over management of 30 PHC ( Primary Health Center) and 153 Sub centers in 5 months time in 12 High priority Districts of Rajasthan where Govt. was not able to run them smoothly.•All PHCs showed tremendous turnaround with positive growth on all the key indicators like Institutional pregnancies, Immunization and OPDs . •Identified and appointed partners to run these PHCs and Sub centers. •Introduced Innovative scanning devices for the purpose of preventive health care. It helps in reducing out of pocket expense in the rural areas by timely detection of serious diseases.•Developed a training module at PHCs level which is accepted and adopted by the State government •Worked on developing the Health ATMs project (to be installed at Sub centers).
