As a System Head, I was accountable to handle four divisions & managed the entire operation of Systems on client’s site and alliance partner’s site across India. I was responsible for the secure and effective operation of all systems, related applications, & implemented, customized software installation successfully, Networking, Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting, and Administration. I also provided IT Vendors sourcing for IT equipment and negotiating for better priceMy responsibility was to maintain & build relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products and other IT Supplies at the regional level. I managed a team of 7 IT executives for implementing and timely execution of projects. Accountable to maintain Assets Inventory of system and coordinated with auditors in assets audit on yearly basis & prepared various reports as and when required.

I was handling the entire operation of systems Branch at Powai, Chandivali, Worli, Malad, and Sanpada, Mahape & established the exchange server sites for Mumbai, Sanpada, Malad and Mahape branch. I was accountable to provide networked PC based systems for all locations, ensuring standardization of software, operating standards, and file/message transfer between locations and sister companies/parent operation. Assessed both hardware and software available on the market, assist in the negotiation of the best price/delivery.My responsibilities were to train all the employees on ERP Package Info track & Autodeal. I have installed, configured, troubleshoot Windows 95/98, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows NT, involved in upgrading and maintaining different version of NT. Ensured that all systems are available as required and that down time is kept as close to 0% as possible. I have successfully implemented ERP Package developed in d2k (front endd2k back end oracle 8i.) developed by Jardine India Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Successfully assisted in designing the flow chart of web site (www.metromtors.co.in)and hosted at given time. Effectively assisted in implementation of ERP package developed in d2k (front end and back end oracle 9i) developed by i3Infotech Software and successfully tested software on our site. I also successfully assisted in implementing tally bridge software for connecting ERP software with tally accounts.

I have successfully established the Systems for the new site in Surat & Pune within the time frame including Hardware Software Implementation and Exchange Setup for the site linking it with mother site at Bangalore. I was also successful in training the users in ERP Software at a given time frame.
