I play a key role in comprehending and evaluating a client's business operations, pinpointing both challenges and prospects, and suggesting suitable solutions. My responsibilities involve documenting, modifying, and designing existing and future operational scenarios, collaborating with clients and various consulting teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into well-structured specifications for processes, models, rules, use cases, policies, plans, and solutions. This process aims to meet the client's strategic and operational objectives effectively.
