Full migration of all local desktops, work from home devices, and AWS virtual machines to One Laptop that can be used anywhere (wired, wireless, and VPN.) Supporting the Microsoft 365 Tenant migration. Onboarding new users, securing and training new IT staff, replacing multiple servers, implementing new technologies for return to the office, verifying systems are secure, patched, updated, and compliant. Managing building services projects and staff, converting existing office space to accommodate hot-desking, testing fire suppression and emergency notification systems for compliance, and keeping the facility clean, presentable, secure, and safe. Supporting Broadcast operations, creating file-based workflows, upgrading, and removing equipment Providing management, consulting, and inspirational insight to the removal of the existing Newsroom, installation of the 24/7 Newsroom of the future along with bleeding-edge News operations. Migrating from Bigfix and WSUS to Tanium, SCCM, and JAMF for patch deployment. Full network infrastructure design and upgrade/replacement of copper and fiber plant, router removal, Cloudgenix redirection, firewall replacement, MPLS to SDWAN, Forscout integrating, redundant core switch install, split networks (House/DMZ, broadcast) with new edge switches and WAPS for every endpoint with full migration of all hidden subnets with the removal of all multihoming devices at two sites. Providing full lifecycle management of telecommunications, data network, file-based workflows, multi-channel station automation, computer systems, IPTV systems, and broadcast technologies. Knowledge experience with satellite receivers, RF routers, HD routing switchers, audio mixers, cameras, and multi-viewers.
