1- Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms2- Process check requests3- Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks accordingly4- Respond to all vendor inquiries5- Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies6- Assist in month end closing7- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices8- Assist with other projects as needed9- Preparing Monthly A/P Aging Report10- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
