During my time as a Consultant and Consulting Business Analyst at DB Results, whilst concurrently working with Monash Hospital, I took charge of coordinating and leading the Clinical Transition Go-Live stream as part of the Electronic Medical Record implementation program. This involved overseeing the seamless transfer of inpatients' medical records from paper-based systems to EMR, ensuring a smooth transition process. I facilitated elicitation sessions, conducted requirements gathering and organised workshops to meticulously document and model both the AS-IS and TO-BE states, laying a robust foundation for a safe, accurate and efficient Clinical Transition Process.In addition to documentation and modelling, I provided strategic recommendations and guidance to establish and execute the Clinical Transition Process within the allocated budget and time constraints. By addressing challenges proactively and optimising workflow efficiencies, I ensured that the implementation progressed smoothly and met the desired objectives. Ramez directly assisted the Managing Director of Rhodes Management in conducting extensive qualitative and quantitative research into the Pharmaceutical and related health sectors in preparation for the Rhodes Management submissions to the:● King Review – conducted by Professor Stephen King from Monash University looking into the pharmaceutical sector which reviewed location rules, ownership rules, services, workload, regional versus metropolitan services, remuneration, abject industry inefficiencies, different business models and the general structure of the industry. Rhodes Management submissions generated over 2000 downloads. ● Senate Select Committee at Parliament House Canberra – on reducing red tape in the pharmacy sector. Three of four of Rhodes Management key recommendations were subsequently adopted and formed the basis of the final recommendations made from the senate to the Australian Government, Department of Health.
