1. Get approved HVAC Shop Drawings, Work method statement and Project Specification from the Project manager.2. Ensure the HVAC materials are available and approved by the Inspection department before installation3. Arrange the sufficient manpower such as Supervisor, Foreman, technicians, and ensure sufficient needed tools to proceed with the HVAC work4. Coordinate with the project manager and ensure site clearance is available to start the HVAC Activities5. Closely monitor the site activities to ensure the quality of work is in compliance with approved shop drawing and Specification and get a daily progress report from site supervisor (or) foreman and update to project Manager6. Active involvement in weekly meetings with the Project management and Supervisor, and manager to resolve the site related issues7. Prepare the final Test Reports, as-built drawings, Operation & Maintenance manuals, and handing over the project to the client.
