-Providing emotional and psychological first aid to affected populations.-Preparing reports on a daily basis.-Conducting interventions to provide internal displaced people about services they might need.-Creating a safe and supportive environment for participants to share their experiences.-Maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions. -Providing feedback and reports on interventions outcomes and participant engagement.

-De-escalation of suicidal crisis based on a detailed assessment.-Developing action and safety plans for callers at imminent risk.-Psychoeducation to callers on the lifeline.-Providing emotional support and dealing with CP, GBV, SGBV, active suicidal ideations and many other cases.-Refer callers to mental health services depending on their needs and locations.-Attending monthly group and individual supervisions sessions to learn how to provide the best possible support and assistance to the callers.

-Providing Psychological First Aid to the Internally displaced people in shelters.-Supporting in PSS sessions for adults.-Linking IDPs to the right resources depending on their needs.

-Delivering focused protection from sexual exploitation and abuse sessions to all the LRC Disaster Management branches all over Lebanon. -Highlighting the pathway that a survivor of SEA can follow as per LRC protocols and referring them to the right resources.

-Conducting a national census for Lebanese communities to understand the socio-economic situations and that of the areas.-Collecting door to door data.-Cholera interventions.-Awarness trainings in collaboration with municipalities to reduce disasters effects on the society.

- Educate caregivers on vaccine importance on children’s health.- Gather, organize, and model data for surveys.- Compile and verify accuracy and sorting information to fill out vaccination data using MERA Software

- Spread awareness about danger of communicable diseases, ways of transmission, and prevention.- Survey beneficiaries and collect data regarding epidemic and pandemic preparedness and response

-Follow up with rescuers regarding the tasks done during the mission. -Communicate with the patient and relatives.-Facilitate the mission till we reach the hospital. -Follow up with the Operation Room regarding any updates in the mission. -Evaluate the mission after it ends.

-Organize and scheduling reservations -Maintain positive guest experiences at all times and point out any guest dissatisfaction when necessary.-Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other associates.-Guide and book appointments to customers
