Managing a team of 8 people to manage tech stacks that touch base with customers during booking creation, in and post trip. Besides this, the team also focuses on internal products for Fleet executives and CEC.-Have led design and architecture for micro services ( payments, task allocation, user profile, rule engine )-Brainstorm with the product team to articulate the problem set and then drive scalable technical solutions.-Breaking down large projects into releasable phases ( Idfy and Locus integration )-Scaled team from 3 to 8 members. Grooming and mentoring of the team.-Set up guidelines for tech processes such as code review, commit structure, language standards.
