I started off my first job as a caretaker at the hospital in the adult psychiatric department. I applied for the position at 17 years old and started working the first day I became legal on my 18th birthday. The healthcare world provided me knowledge and experience that taught me human values like compassion and empathy. I got to work close with people and see them in their most vulnerable physical and mental states. It taught me how to approach people, listen to them and find a common ground. These traits are still evolving and being applied into work environments as well personal life. After my first visit to Toronto at sixteen I made it my goal to move there and in 2011 I successfully moved to the big city for Studies and work. I have repeatedly placed myself outside of my comfort zone and taking chances that has molded me into who I am today. I have learned a lot about myself during my career and feel fortunate to have picked up good traits from the different jobs. Throughout my years at my most recent job Nella where I evolved from a customer service rep into a supervisor, I gained a variety of skills including leadership and teamwork and deeper sense how the business world works and how to maneuver in it. The industry offered best of two worlds, restaurant and business. As a person who loves food, it was exciting to dive into a space where I worked with respectable creators and restaurateurs helping them to put their visions into reality. My experiences has truly been rewarding but I want to move forward and invest a foundation in something I have passion for. I have roots stemming in comedy and entertainment. I want to further explore the entertainment and media trades.I am currently in the process of moving to Stockholm, Sweden.
