I Provide Control-M Enterprise Administration, Support and Training. We schedule SQL Database, SAP, AFT, File Watcher and Command jobs. Control-M Desktop support includes Table/Calendar/Template management, User/Group authorizations and importing application forms. I also train users to create, modify and schedule their team jobs. Enterprise Manager support includes training users to use available debugging tools such as Sysout, Log and Archived viewpoint. In addition, I also train and support the Operations team while working with Table manager, job documentation, job intervention and Conditions/Resources management. Configuration Manager support includes Account Management, PGP template management, System parameters configuration (EM, Server, and Agent), Server security, Nodes management, Components management. I recently completed our Control-M Enterprise Migration from Control-M version 6.4.01 to 7 using new 64 bit target servers. As a Senior Systems Analyst / Programmer / Trainer, I helped complete our MSA Budget/Finance migration from Mainframe MVS COBOL to SAP ERP and provided analytical and programming support using COBOL, CICS, OS-JCL, and Easytrieve. I also worked on the Mainframe job scheduling conversion from CA-7 to Control-M and trained students to work in the mainframe environment. This included teaching COBOL, Easytrieve, JCL, VSAM, TSO/ISPF, Utilities and Control-M.

I implemented CICS on-line screens for the Alumni system with browsing, updating and deleting capabilities. Upgraded the technical skills of users in administrative areas and corrected system problems.
