• Authored a Statement of Work, and negotiated a $3.2 M contract with Marine Corps Systems Command for management of the Marine Corps Combat Camera logistics support program and for oversight of regional Field Support Representatives (FSR) in the Continental United States and Overseas. • Responsible for writing a Statement of Work, proposal and negotiating a $800,000 contract with 1st Marine Expeditionary Unit in Afghanistan to provide fully trained Field Support Representatives to work in Afghanistan. • Provide oversight of FSR daily activities that support contract requirements for logistics, maintenance, equipment accountability, equipment training, web based data documentation/ inventory, shipping and associated costs to include official travel. • Provide direction, establish goals, priorities and policies; review processes, procedures, develop methods to reduce cost and time, increase productivity, quality control, and focus on customer support. • Monitor and mentor FSRs on daily activities to ensure activities are performed as required by the contract, to include company specifications and regulations.• Analyzed and determined material, equipment, and staffing requirements through communication with the customer and subordinates. • Conduct site inspections, ensure safe work practices, policies and procedures are followed and provide personnel guidance and corrective action as required. • Provide project reports to the Customer, Corporate, and Prime Contractor on weekly and monthly activities. • Developed a training manual, curriculum, and a training task list for the Tactical Imagery Production System to use to train 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, Marine Divisions, Marines and senior military Combat Camera personnel.

• Provide resource advocacy, program direction and management in support of warfighter needs; validate current and future needs of live/simulation training system requirements and provide assistance in the development of devices to meet the needs of the Marine Corps. • Provide documentation and guidance in support of Training and Education Command (TECOM) live/simulation training systems and delivery to Marine Corps organizations in CONUS and OCONUS. • Conduct technical research in support of live/simulation training systems to identify or validate training performance issues contained within capabilities integration and development documentation such as Initial Capabilities Document (ICD) and Capability Development Documentation (CDD). • Perform research and analysis in support of planning and programming materials and POM documentation for procurement, allocation and functional management of live/simulation training systems. • Directed the coordination of policy and guidance for implementation of programs throughout the Marine Corps affecting live/simulation training systems to include development and maintenance of technical libraries, databases and websites used by Technology Division to mange live/simulation training systems. • Worked closely with Training Systems Project Officers to ensure program management goals and schedules were met and within budget and scope. • Provided advocacy direction on TECOM priorities, fielding, quantities and life cycle support to sustain, upgrade and dispose of live/simulation training systems. • As the advocate for the user community, validated requirements documents, current and future needs of training systems, and provided assistance in the development of documentation for devices to meet those needs.
