Group Director / IT Executive - Application Delivery Group (A group of ~200 IT Professionals) Built a number of Application Delivery practice areas – CRM, BI etc with a focus on operational excellence.  Responsible for driving end to end BI strategy for Citrix. Led successful business transformation of SAP program at Citrix to simplify the system that had a budget of over $35 Million with a cost savings of $ 7.5 Million and also deployed CRM with a budget of over $ 25 M and cost savings of $6 M plus. Responsible for managing a group of 100 plus Citrix employees and another 100 plus consultants, with a focus on major enterprise wide projects, enhancements and defect resolution. Responsible for the integration and M&A for many companies within Citrix to grow the business from 1BN to almost at 2BN now. Served as technology due diligence leader on various merger & acquisition targets.  Responsible for putting together the Strategic Vendor Management program for entire world-wide operations. This has helped cut major costs and is an enabler for best vendor performance across the department. This has resulted in millions of dollars of cost saving working in conjunction with internal procurement department. Responsible for driving BYOC (Bring your own computer to work) initiative with directive from the CIO/CEO and other leaders which has been a huge success at Citrix. Managed a team of 125+ including various big-5 consulting firms.  Put together various support teams including the helpdesk, Tier-II and Tier-III support teams (employees and consulting firms) in Jacksonville FL. Successfully implemented this CRM solution for over 3000 users leveraging Siebel CRM package at Tyco/ADT. Similar efforts was tried there many times in the part and 10's of millions of dollars were spent in the past on many other efforts (CCA etc) without much success but Siebel application at Tyco/ADT was successfully deployed across the countries for all their sales offices to move away from MS-Excel to a corporate wide Sales/CRM system.

 Neopost: Multi-Org deployment for the seven major modules – Marketing, Sales, Service, Call Center, Dealers, Dealer Portal and Analytics for the three main operating companies of Neopost. Main responsibility included the overall program directing. Managed a team of 50+. Johnson & Johnson: This was world’s largest validated ePharma CRM implementation in the pharmaceutical industry for their Sales and Call Center modules. Was responsible for the overall direction and client relationship management at executive level. Managed and delivered a number of add-on projects at J&J as part of this program that resulted in an additional review if $12 Million for the company. Ford Motor Company: This $350 Million plus multi-year BI program was started from scratch by E&Y and was involved with the sales efforts from the word go to transform Ford’s business process and to implement a world class reporting system around financials and manufacturing.  Other key clients: Motorola, Shell Chemicals, General Motors, Sunterra Resorts.

 This project dealt with the Rail car Tracking, Maintenance and the cycle time systems. This was to track all rail cars assigned to Detroit Edison and/or its Holding Company’s (DTE Energy) subsidiary companies.
