Member working under the Renewable Energy and Heat Transfer subsystem, with special interest and focus on the domain of heat transfer and its practical applications. Actively participating and training in professional discussions in the field of thermal systems designs using computer aided simulation and modelling, independent research project undertaking over quantitative analysis of heat exchanger performance enhancement using twisted tape inserts in different flow regimes, hosting and attending guest lectures and webinars dedicated to enriching knowledge in the field of Renewable energy and Heat transfer.

Participating and contributing to the field of industrial automation and robotics through developing knowledge in high industry demand skillsets such as MATLAB simulink and simscape. Planned, organized and executed the three-day workshop for ISA in the year's biggest tech expo at MIT Manipal, where we hosted a robotics contest between different participating teams of 3, with prize money for the winners and the runners-up encompassing experience and mastery of Arduino and raspberry pi circuit board programming for analogue systems and sensorics, hard-and-fast IoT problem solving and rapid programming for a pathfinder robot.

1 month internship covering handling, control and optimisation of the store management system using innovative lean manufacturing concepts to achieve efficient process control by retaining value added tasks and minimising non-value adding redundancies with final performance report submission.

An experiential, goal-oriented hands-on experience on design and analysis of a static test pad for solid model rocket testing based on considerations of concepts of design for manufacturing and assembly. Accomplished in designing a vertical static test pad with embedded axial load cells and avionics testing instruments such as thermocouples with least number of parts, light weight and high strength design, vertical assembly, and ergonomic design.

Hired as a mechanical design engineering trainee.- Technical and Commercial analysis of Customer Order Details and preparation of the final technical datasheet and General Arrangement Drawing and Cross-Sectional Drawing for the final package of the project.-Assembly Supervision for both vertical and horizontal pumps with inspection scheduling.-Analysing machining requirements for pump parts(impellers, diffusers, volute etc)using cross sectional drawings, and scheduling required machining orders (for CNCs, VTLs and VMCs) as per the technical requirements.-Evaluating Pump performance through open-loop and closed-loop witness testing of pumps and ensuring the end performance parameters(discharge head, power output, suction head, noise levels etc) are up to the benchmark set by the customer.

3 weeks vocational training with guided operation of process control systems at Bhilai Steel Plant, divided into experience in 4 different shops namely: Steel Melting Shop 2, Coke Oven, Blast Furnace 8, Plate Mill; special focus and on-site experience in functioning of converters and their specifications, slag removal,oxide removal,CO storage and emission control, liquid metal ladle transportation, segregation of slab and bloom steel, rolling mill operation, blast furnace operation for production of pig iron and coal processing operation.

Learning and applying various core concepts of solid and liquid rocket propulsion systems including their integral parts and their functions the manufacturing techniques of the propellants, their types, hybrid propellants, nozzle theory, concept of thrusts and thrust chamber in designing a liquid fuel rocket engine thrust chamber using Autodesk Fusion 360 and performing thermal strain analysis at Full throttle condition
