Project Name: EDS (Enterprise Document Services)Client: USAAEnvironment: SAS 5.1, Document ScienceEDS is a Enterprise Document Service wherein the enterprise communications to members are handled here. The authoring team will define the content for the communication and the design team will create a template as per the business standards described by the authoring team and then code the content in the templates per business standards. Then the mass mailing will be scheduled and then the letters/forms/statements will be sent to the members.My role is in the team is to do the scrubbing on member data using SAS. I am responsible for picking the right customer from the list for mailing. I will also code the templates in Document Science and responsible for end to end testing and final delivery to the production. I will be handling adhoc requests and schedule the mass mailing.

Project Name: eSDS (Secured Document Management System)Client: Standard Chartered Bank – AE, BH, QA, JO, MYEnvironment:Oracle, Java, Hibernate, Spring, JSP, Crystal Reports 11.0, Linux, WebsphereeSDS is a Secured Document Management System which facilitates the maintenance and tracking of documents obtained while processing the Auto Loans, Mortgage Loans, Overdraft and Secured Credit Cards. It’s a configuration model system and the functionalities are configured in the Database.In the eSDS project, I was part of the implementation team and I was leading the team of 6 people and responsible for project implementation that includes New Development and fixes. Have configured the complex functionalities of the system in DB. Have done data migrations from spreadsheets using SQL Loader, External tables. Data Reconciliation checks between the Source and Target systems ensuring data integrity. Written complex queries for generating the statistics of Customer data. Developed reports for analysis using Crystal Reports. I was the single point of contact and coordinated with multiple teams for smooth rollover of enhancements and fixes as well as new developments. Prepared daily status report, tracked the enhancements and fixes.

Project Name: COS (Customer Origination System)Client: Standard Chartered Bank - HK & IDEnvironment:Oracle, Java, J2EE, Servlets, Hibernate, Spring, JSP, Crystal Reports 11.0, Jasper Reports, Linux, WebsphereCOS is Customer Origination System that caters to the application processing for the credit cards, personal and mortgage loans. It captures all the customer data and sends all the data to NBSM (New Business Strategy Manager) the decision agent. This agent is a Risk Management tool that performs a scoring and DSR calculation based on the input provided and it may either approves / refers / decline the customer application. This is a world class project where it facilitates the fast processing of all lending applications such as credit cards, auto loans, personal loans and mortgages. I was the only Oracle PL/SQL developer in the team and all the PL/SQL developments were done only by me. Involved in end to end development of the system. I have written all the customer commitment logics in stored procedures and fed the information to NBSM. Worked closely with business users to understand and document the scope and requirement for the project. Analyzed of customer specifications and custom design of applications successfully and implementing designs in new/existing application using PL/SQL. The data audit trailing was developed using stored procedures. Prepared IA documents and prepared test cases. Developed reports using Crystal reports. Created deployment and release plan for the project release in the live/production environment.

Project Name : RLS ConversionClients : Standard Chartered Bank – AE, BH, QA, PK, BD, JOSoftware : Oracle, Java, J2EE, JSP, Crystal Reports 11.0, LinuxThere were two systems eSuite applicatons (eRAMS, eMortgage & eLending) and RLS (Retail Lending System) where in loans were created and maintained for SCB. The eSuite applications are java based applications and have been generated for MESA (Middle East and South Asia) countries whereas RLS is a mainframe system and is used for all other countries. The SCB group has decided bring all the loans under one system and they decided to take RLS. As part of this, all the loans maintained in eSuite applications were migrated to RLS system. I was part of the migration process flow and I was involved in writing conversion programs in java. I extract the data from database and format them in RLS specified format and send it across to RLS via ISIS. I used to write complex queries to extract all the data from the database. I written queries to export data for user verification. Developed summary reports and exception reports using Crystal reports.

Project Name : CACS (Computer Aided Collection System)Clients : Standard Chartered Bank – AE, BH, QA, PK, BD, JOSoftware : Oracle, Java, J2EE, JSP, Crystal Reports 11.0, LinuxCACS is Computer Aided Collection Systems where the delinquency information of Mortgage customers were maintained within the eMortgage and eLending system itself. But SCB group has decided to maintain all the Mortgage delinquency data in a separate system called CACS. This is a vendor based application called CACS. So the delinquency data feed has to go from eMortgage and eLending. The data also should be given in the CACS supportive format. I have written stored procedures to extract all loans delinquency information and store them in the staging table in a CACS supportive format. Written java program extract all the data from staging table in a text file and sent across to CACS system using ISIS. Used to prepare daily and weekly status reports and send across to the top management.

Once the loan is approved, the loan no gets generated and sent across to eLending system. Thereafter, the loan data will be maintained and managed at eLending system. The eLending system does interest accruel, emi calculation and manages all the transactions pertaining to the loan. It also sends delinquency reports to the users so as to keep track of the defaulted customers. Prior to the system was developed, all the loans were maintained in excel by eBBS system. These data were then migrated to eLending system.I was involved in writing data conversion programs in java to load all the data maintained in excel to the eLending system database. Written a module in java beans to calculate the interest in suspense. Written queries to generate the summary and exception report.
