This agent is a Risk Management tool that performs a scoring and DSR calculation based on the input provided and it may either approves / refers / decline the customer application. This is a world class project where it facilitates the fast processing of all lending applications such as credit cards, auto loans, personal loans and mortgages. I was the only Oracle PL/SQL developer in the team and all the PL/SQL developments were done only by me. Involved in end to end development of the system. I have written all the customer commitment logics in stored procedures and fed the information to NBSM. Worked closely with business users to understand and document the scope and requirement for the project. Analyzed of customer specifications and custom design of applications successfully and implementing designs in new/existing application using PL/SQL. The data audit trailing was developed using stored procedures. Prepared IA documents and prepared test cases. Developed reports using Crystal reports. The SCB group has decided bring all the loans under one system and they decided to take RLS. As part of this, all the loans maintained in eSuite applications were migrated to RLS system. I was part of the migration process flow and I was involved in writing conversion programs in java. I extract the data from database and format them in RLS specified format and send it across to RLS via ISIS. I used to write complex queries to extract all the data from the database. I written queries to export data for user verification. Developed summary reports and exception reports using Crystal reports.
