Involved in End to End process mapping project to collect the information and prepare the documentation of all the systems which are using from manufacturing unit to till the end customer’s ordering tool.Provide the best knowledge support to resolve the customer’s business critical issues.Initiating and keep tracking for the new part introduction and part roll processes.
