Master Data Governance (FI Module):▪ Own the mappings to group systems, group systems to data layer working in consultation with Regional/Global Data excellence experts and Super Users▪ Ensure master data quality by enforcing quality rules and application of policies/processes in master data governance▪ Accountable for the operational working of the MDM team, including setting up of priorities for the MDM team▪ Ownership of change management process to ensure required requests are raised for configuration of MDG mappings▪ Mentor a team of Data excellence experts and act as the bridge between stakeholders, including data excellence teamsMaster Data Governance CoE Establishment:▪ Facilitated internal transition, knowledge transfer, and user training post Go – Live▪ Work with business users and reporting process owners to define the reporting requirements and prioritization▪ Implement Master Data requirements across key business processes - Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Forecast-to-Supply (FTS & RAQA), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (RTR) workstreamsOperational Leadership: ▪ Govern a team of data excellence experts and bridge between stakeholders, regional and global data excellence teams▪ Monitor error generated in the CFIN system and ensured that they are resolved within timelines/as per the SLA▪ Enforce the creation and change of business as usual master data processes to deliver accurate, consistent data▪ Own business glossary documents and operational processes▪ Participate in the control of access to creation & amendment of master data to ensure regulatory compliance▪ Consult projects to enable them to assess the impact on Finance Master Data▪ Roll out data governance and data quality and exposure to best practices▪ Link master data issues to business processes, problems and own the resolution by working with cross-functional teams
