Department Head position for "Services and Indirect Material Sourcing - Professional Services" Category

Key Result Areas:• Leading complex strategic sourcing projects and driving techno-commercial negotiations in accordance with category plan, assisting team members in execution of projects across categories• Translating business requirements into clear statements of work and leading the sourcing engagements• Involved in strategic sourcing initiates across categories like Legal, Capex Equipment, Professional Services, Learning & Development and HR• Direct management or oversight of all supply contracts within the category, including the identification of alternative vendors, conducting RFx, supplier performance monitoring, reporting and intervention• Developing, tracking, and managing performance of KPIs specific to the category. Accountable for the effective identification and delivery of cost saving, performance improvement, and risk reduction opportunities for the category and program• Responsible for development and implementation of the category strategy and plan, working with internal stakeholders and global category leads• Responsible for stakeholder engagement, ensure effective supplier relationship management, and perform strategic reviews (like spend analysis)• Identifying and managing relationship with key stakeholders, which includes development and implementation of an effective governance model to maintain standards, delivery of the plan, stakeholder alignment, and seamless communications to extend the reach of this program• Performing spend analysis, opportunity assessment, price benchmarking on regular basis• Monitoring performance satisfaction, ensuring all SLAs accountable for are met and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Report SLAs - extraction of project reporting and dashboard update on a regular basis• Actively involved in recruitment process and trainings for new joiners
